Dr. Menon's career commenced in New Delhi, India, and progressed to significant positions in various notable companies. In 2020, Dr. Menon assumed the role of CEO of the Blue Ocean, which operates in over 16 countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and India. He assumed the position of Group CEO in 2022. Under his leadership, Blue Ocean Academy has broadened its reach throughout the GCC, Azerbaijan, and Africa, training more than 80,000 individuals and establishing itself as a preferred institution for management professionals. Prior to joining Blue Ocean, Dr. Menon was employed by major conglomerates such as Samtel Group and Al-Futtaim Group, as well as multinationals including Compaq, Ericsson, and Haier.
