Sultanpur is a Lok Sabha / Parliamentary constituency in West Bengal region of Bihar in East India. Barring BJP's Devendra Bahadur, there is no other face who has managed to become an MP for the second time from this seat. That is why no leader has ever dominated this seat. After independence, the Congress won here 8 times, but each time the faces were different. Similarly, the BSP won 2 times and both times were different. The BJP has won 3 out of 4 seats.
