Dr. Amol Ramsing Kohle of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) won the 2024 Shirur Lok Sabha seat by 140,951 votes, securing 698,692 votes.

In Shirur Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Dr. Amol Ramsing Kohle of the Nationalist Congress Party – Sharadchandra Pawar is declared the winner, securing 698692 votes and surpassing Adhalrao Shivaji Dattatrey of the Nationalist Congress Party by 140951 votes.

Shirur, an administrative sub-district in Maharashtra's Pune district, is situated along the eastern border of the district near the Ghod River. According to the 2011 census, Shirur Taluka had a population of 385,414. The Shirur Lok Sabha constituency was established in 2008, with its first election held in 2009. Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil of Shiv Sena won the seat in both the 2009 and 2014 elections. However, in the 2019 elections, Amol Ramsing Kolhe of the NCP won with 635,830 votes, while Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil received 577,347 votes. The election for this constituency was successfully held on May 13th, with a voter turnout of 51.46 percent.
