Narendra Modi will be swearing-in as the prime minister of India for the third consecutive term. And members of his new cabinet will also be sworn in.

Narendra Modi will take oath as the Prime Minister of India for the third consecutive term at 7.15 pm today at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. And members of his new cabinet will also be sworn in. With this, Modi will become the first prime minister after Jawaharlal Nehru to serve three consecutive terms. Before the swearing-in ceremony, PM Modi will hold a meeting with his council of ministers.

PM Modi pays tribute to martyrs at National War Memorial


Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is set to take oath for the third time today, paid tributes to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat this morning before the swearing-in ceremony. He also gave the previous prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee his due respects. After this, he reached the War Memorial where he paid tribute to the martyrs. 

 

BJP leader Narendra Modi is all set to take oath as the Prime Minister of India for the third consecutive term on Sunday. The grand ceremony will be attended by over 9,000 people, including leaders and dignitaries from neighbouring countries.

In the Modi Cabinet 3.0 to be formed with the support of NDA allies, Telugu Desam Party leaders will get two berths, NCP Ajit Pawar and Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena one each. Names of Rajnath Singh and Nitin Gadkari have also been doing the rounds for Cabinet berths. They are likely to retain their respective departments. 

 

Shivraj Singh Chouhan will be a minister in the Narendra Modi  government

 

 Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and BJP leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that it is the good fortune of the country that Modi ji is taking oath for the third time. The resolve of a developed India will be fulfilled, the country will become Vishwaguru. He also said that he has received a call from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to join the Cabinet. It is believed that Shivraj Singh Chouhan will be made a minister in the Modi Cabinet 3.0.
