Lucknow Constituency Lok Sabha Election Results 2024

BJP's Raj Nath Singh won against SP's Ravidas Mehrotra. BJP's Raj Nath Singh got a total of 6,12,709 votes. SP's Ravidas Mehrotra got 4,77,550 votes. BJP's Raj Nath Singh won the seat by 1,35,159 votes.

Lucknow Election Result Highlights: Raj Nath Singh, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Lucknow constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 6,12,709 votes. SP's Ravidas Mehrotra lost the election by a margin of by 1,35,159 votes.

 

In Lucknow Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Raj Nath Singh, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party defeated SP's Ravidas Mehrotra, who received 4,77,550 votes.

Situated on the banks of the river Gomti, Lucknow is known as the city of Nawabs. It is believed that this city was settled by Lord Rama's younger brother Lakshman, some people also know it as the city of Lakhan Pasi. Lucknow, the city famous for Dussehri mangoes, chicken embroidery and kebabs, has been the karmabhoomi of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and he was elected from here 5 times.

 

Lok Sabha elections 2019: Shatrughan Sinha's wife Poonam Sinha is contesting against BJP's Rajnath Singh from this seat. In Lucknow, there was a fight between 15 candidates, with BJP's Rajnath Singh facing Samajwadi Party's Poonam Shatrughan Sinha and Congress' Acharya Pramod Krishnam. While 3 candidates were contesting as independents, 9 candidates were from regional parties. BJP's Rajnath Singh won with 6,33,026 votes. SP's Poonam Sinha came second with 2,85,724 votes and Congress' Acharya Pramod Krishnam came third with 1,80,011 votes.
