In Jalgaon Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Smita Uday Wagh of Bharatiya Janata Party is declared the winner, securing 674428 votes and surpassing Karan Balasaheb Patil – Pawar of Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackrey) by 251594 votes.

Jalgaon is one of the 48 Lok Sabha constituencies in Maharashtra. It participated in the fourth phase of the 2024 general elections on May 13, with a voter turnout of 58.47%, marking a modest increase in voter engagement compared to previous elections, according to the Election Commission of India (ECI). 

 

The BJP has held this seat for the past 20 years, with AT Nana Patil serving as the MP since 2009. The first election in this constituency took place in 1952. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP candidate Unmesh Patil won the Jalgaon seat with 713,874 votes.
