In Badaun, the defeat of the BJP and SP candidates in the Lok Sabha elections 2024 has led to a fight between two lawyers and a bet of two lakh rupees for the victory of their respective candidates. In which both the advocates have also made an agreement on a stamp of ₹10 in writing. Two witnesses have also testified in the case. Now these two lawyers are waiting for June 4.

 

Diwakar Verma, a resident of Gautampuri locality of Ujhani town in Ujhani Kotwali area of Badaun, is a lawyer and he practices in the court, while he is a supporter of the BJP and Satyendra Pal, a resident of Baramaldev village in Ujhani Kotwali area of Badaun, is a lawyer in the court. Both the candidates were fighting for the victory of their respective candidates.

 

Both the lawyers had placed a condition of Rs two lakh each and signed the contract on stamp paper.

 

Both of them started talking big about their candidates. The two demanded Rs one lakh from him. The contract was signed on a stamp paper of ₹10. As per the agreement, the winning candidate will be given Rs two lakh by the losing candidate. When the condition was imposed on both the advocates, a crowd gathered there, one witness has also been made on behalf of both the advocates. He's also a lawyer.

 

A written contract on a stamp paper 


Diwakar Verma alias Tillan Verma, a resident of Gautampuri locality in Badaun's Ujhani town, is a lawyer and a local court advocate who is a BJP supporter. Satyendra Pal, a resident of Baramaldev village, is also a lawyer and a Samajwadi Party supporter. During the general discussion over the election, an argument broke out between the two lawyers. After that, both of them started talking big about the candidates of their choice and made a bet of two lakh rupees for their victory, for which a written contract has been made on a stamp paper of 10 rupees. 

 

Rs. 2 lakh to be paid


As per the agreement, the winning candidate will be given Rs 2 lakh by the losing candidate. When the condition was imposed on both the lawyers, a crowd gathered there and one lawyer from each side has also been made a witness. 
Lawyer Diwakar Verma claims that BJP's Durvijay Singh Shakya will win, while Satyendra Pal believes that his candidate and Samajwadi Party leader Aditya Yadav will win. At present, this condition imposed by two lawyers remains a topic of discussion among the people.

Advocate Satyendra Pal said that Aditya Yadav will win from the Samajwadi Party. Now both lawyers are waiting for June 4. At the moment, the issue of the condition imposed by the lawyer remains a topic of discussion. Here, people say that the election of Badaun has already become interesting. Samajwadi Party's Aditya Yadav and BJP's Durvijay Singh are also in the fray. Both have tried different ways to reach out to voters.
