INC candidate Jai Parkash wins by 63,381 Votes and received total 5,70,424 votes. INC candidate Jai Parkash defeated BJP's Ranjit Singh, who received 5,07,043 votes.

Hisar Election Result Highlights: Jai Parkash, candidate of the Indian National Congress won the Hisar, Haryana Constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 5,70,424 votes. BJP's Ranjit Singh lost the election by a margin of by 63,381 votes. 

 

In Hisar 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Jai Parkash, candidate of the Indian National Congress defeated BJP's Ranjit Singh, who received 5,07,043 votes.

Hisar is an assembly constituency in Haryana. Hisar was founded in the year 1354 by the ruler of the Tughlaq dynasty Firoz Shah Tughlaq. At that time, Tughlaq named it Hisar-e-Firoza. After that, during the rule of Akbar, Firoza was removed from the name of this city and then only Hisar remained. From the point of view of history, Hisar was ruled by many empires. The city was occupied by the Maurya dynasty in the 3rd century BC, the Tughlaq dynasty in the 13th century, the Mughal Empire in the 16th century and then the British Empire in the 19th century. There are 9 Lok Sabha constituencies in Haryana. As per the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, a total of 11,94,689 voters exercised their franchise in Hisar. There were 6,53,423 male and 5,41,266 female voters.

 

Lok Sabha elections 2019: BJP's Brijendra Singh won with 6,03,289 votes, JJP's Dushyant Chautala came second with 2,89,221 votes, Congress's Bhavya Bishnoi came third with 1,84,369 votes and BSP's Surendra Sharma came fourth with 45,190 votes
