Domariyaganj Election Result Highlights: Jagdambika Pal, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Domariyaganj constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 4,43,743 votes. BJP's Rekha Verma lost the election by a margin of 34,842 votes.
In Domariyaganj Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Anand Bhadauriya, candidate of the Samajwadi Party defeated BJP's SP's Kushal Tiwari, who received 4,39,294 votes.

Dumariyaganj is located on the banks of the Rapti river, just 30 km from the Nepal border. The temple has historical significance. Lumbini (Kapilvastu), the birthplace of Mahatma Buddha, is just 80 miles from here. Some historians believe that the great writer Munshi Premchand taught at a school here for some time.
Lok Sabha elections2019: There are 10 candidates in the fray for the Dumariyaganj Lok Sabha seat in Uttar Pradesh for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. The BJP has fielded sitting MP Jagdambika Pal. Aftab Alam of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) is contesting against Pal on a Samajwadi Party (SP) ticket. The Congress has fielded Dr Chandresh Kumar Upadhyay. Besides, Bahujan Mukti Party, Sabka Dal United, Suheldev Bhartiya Samaj Party, Janhit Kisan Party, Peace Party, Nagrik Ekta Party and only one independent were in the fray.
