In contrast to its clean sweep in Haryana during the 2019 general elections, where it won all 10 Lok Sabha seats, this year the BJP and Congress have each secured 5 seats, marking Congress's first victory in the state. Out of the 223 candidates competing for seats, 207 are men and 16 are women, with Haryana witnessing approximately 65% voter turnout.
Rao Inderjit Singh of the Bharatiya Janata Party emerged victorious in Gurgaon, securing 808,336 votes, while Varun Chaudhry from the Indian National Congress won Ambala with 663,657 votes. Apart from Ambala, the Congress claimed victory in Sirsa, Hisar, Sonipat, and Rohtak constituencies, whereas the BJP secured Kurukshetra, Karnal, Bhiwani-Mahendragarh, Gurgaon, and Faridabad constituencies.
