Bhadohi Constituency Lok Sabha Election Results 2024

BJP's Dr. Vinod Kumar Bind won against TMC candidate Laliteshpati Tripathi. BJP's Dr. Vinod Kumar Bind got a total of 4,59,982 votes. TMC candidate Laliteshpati Tripathi got 4,15,910 votes. BJP's Dr. Vinod Kumar Bind won the seat by 4,59,982.

Bhadohi Election Result Highlights: Dr. Vinod Kumar Bind, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Bhadohi constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 4,59,982 votes. TMC candidate Laliteshpati Tripathi lost the election by a margin of 44,072 votes.

 

In Bhadohi Constituency 2024 Lok Sabha Election Results, Dr. Vinod Kumar Bind, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party defeated TMC candidate Laliteshpati Tripathi, who received 4,15,910 votes.

Bhadohi is known as the city of carpets. It is the smallest district of Uttar Pradesh in terms of area and Gyanpur city is the
district headquarters. Bhadohi district is located in the plains of the river Ganga, which forms the south-western boundary of the district. Besides the Ganges, the Varuna and the Morva are the major rivers. Bhadohi district is surrounded by Jaunpur in the north, Varanasi in the east, Mirzapur in the south and Prayagraj in the west.

 

Lok Sabha elections2019: In 2019, the BJP had denied a ticket to the then MP from here and made Ramesh Chand the party candidate, while Rangnath Mishra of the BSP was in the fray on behalf of the Mahagathbandhan. The Congress had fielded Ramakant as its candidate. A total of 12 candidates were in the fray.

 

BJP's Ramesh Chand Bind won the seat with 5,10,029 votes. BSP's Rangnath Mishra came second with 4,66,414 votes and Congress' Ramakant Yadav came third with 25,604 votes.
