The third chapter of Bigg Boss OTT concluded on a glamorous note, with Sana Makbul emerging as the winner, following several highs and lows. There was a lot of drama, action, and suspense in the grand finale.
Sana Makbul and Naezy were in a race to take home the trophy. In addition to receiving the much-coveted trophy, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT Season 3 received ₹25 lakh in prize money. Sana had several highs and lows during her time in the Bigg Boss house. She was questioned by host Anil Kapoor on nearly every Weekend Ka Vaar, and she was occasionally labeled "naagin and villain" by Ranvir Shorey. Sana, though, was constant in her opinions during Bigg Boss OTT 3. Anil questioned Sana's desire to win during the journey, calling it an obsession. Questions were also made concerning her friendships with Lovekesh, Naezy, and Vishal.
Ranvir Shorey, Sana Makbul, Sai Ketan Rao, Naezy, and Kritika Malik were the five finalists. But Ranvir, Sai, and Kritika were eliminated halfway through the race, unable to finish. The first contestant to be eliminated was Kritika.
Additionally, two surprise visitors who took part in the elimination process were present in the Bigg Boss OTT 3 finale. With their horror-comedy Stree 2 almost ready for release, Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor added a humorous element to the last episode.
