According to the petition, Rupali Ganguly suffered from mental stress as a result of these remarks, necessitating medical care, and was humiliated on set, which also cost her possibilities for employment. According to the notice, the actress was compelled to file a lawsuit after she and her husband Ashwin Verma's 11-year-old son were drawn into the controversy, even though she had originally decided to keep quiet out of respect for her dignity.
