Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh to Star as Sisters in YRF’s Upcoming Female Spy Universe Film

Bollywood’s dynamic actress Alia Bhatt and the rising star Sharvari Wagh are set to play sisters in the highly anticipated female spy universe film by Yash Raj Films (YRF). The casting news, confirmed by sources close to Alia Bhatt, has created a buzz in the industry as fans eagerly await this unique collaboration.

Alia Bhatt is gearing up for a hectic year with two major projects lined up. Besides the spy universe film under the YRF banner, she is also starring in *Love and War*, directed by the acclaimed Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Both films are expected to showcase her versatility and solidify her status as one of Bollywood’s leading actresses.

Insiders revealed to *Dainik Bhaskar* that the spy film, directed by Shiv Rawail, will emphasize stunning visuals. The film’s cinematography is being handled by Rubais, renowned for his work in *The Railway Man*. To ensure the film features top-notch action sequences, the choreography has been entrusted to South African expert Craig Macrae, who has previously contributed to blockbuster films such as *Pathaan*, *Jawan*, and *Yoddha*. The film’s first shooting schedule is set to begin on June 15 in Mumbai, followed by an extensive schedule in London.

Sharvari Wagh, who is set to appear in Maddock Films’ *Munjya*, will portray Alia Bhatt’s sister in the film. Adding to the stellar cast, veteran actor Anil Kapoor will play the role of their father, while Bobby Deol is cast as the formidable villain, ensuring a powerful ensemble that promises to deliver a gripping cinematic experience.

With this exciting lineup, the spy universe film is poised to be a visual and action-packed treat for audiences, further enhancing the legacy of Yash Raj Films in the spy genre. Fans are eagerly anticipating more updates as the film progresses through its production stages.
