US President Donald Trump has said that the US has "captured" President Nicolas Maduro by invading Venezuela after the explosions in the Venezuelan capital Caracas in the early hours of Saturday.
Along with this, Trump has shared a picture of Nicolas Maduro on Truth Social. He has also held a press conference in Florida, in which he has told what America's role will be in Venezuela now.
At the same time, the US Attorney General has said that there will be a legal case against Maduro and his wife in the Southern District of New York.
Venezuela's Vice President Delcy Rodriguez has asked for proof that the country's president is alive. He has said that nothing is known about Maduro and his wife.
Venezuela's defense minister has announced the immediate deployment of military forces across the country.
