Lucknow: Badaun SSP Brijesh Kumar Singh removed, sent to the logistics branch of DGP headquarters; Seven IPS transfers

The state government has removed Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Brijesh Kumar Singh after the murder of two officials of the Hindustan Petroleum Company in Badaun. They have been sent to the logistics branch of the DGP headquarters. Apart from this, the captains of Fatehpur, Kasganj and Bhadohi have also been changed.

Fatehpur Captain Anoop Kumar Singh has been removed and attached to the DGP headquarters. Kasganj SP Ankita Sharma has been appointed as SSP of Badaun. Bhadohi captain Abhimanyu Manglik has been made the SP of Fatehpur.

SP Logistics Om Prakash Singh I has been posted as SP of Kasganj. In Gorakhpur, Additional SP Abhinav Tyagi has been made SP of Bhadohi. Patil Nimish Dashrath, who is posted in Ghaziabad, has been sent to Gorakhpur.
