Probe Team Submits Preliminary Report into Air India Crash That Killed 260

The probe team investigating the Air India crash that claimed 260 lives has submitted its preliminary findings, shedding light on potential causes behind the tragic disaster.

The crash, which occurred earlier this year, left the nation in shock and mourning. According to the preliminary report submitted to aviation authorities, several contributing factors are under scrutiny, including possible technical failure, human error, and adverse weather conditions. The report emphasizes that while these findings are not yet conclusive, they form the basis for more in-depth analysis to be undertaken in the coming months.

Officials confirmed that black box data and cockpit voice recordings have been partially recovered and are being analyzed further. The aviation ministry has assured families of the victims that full transparency will be maintained throughout the investigation process.

Sources close to the probe suggest lapses in maintenance records and communication breakdowns may have also played a role. A more detailed final report is expected in the next few months once all evidence has been thoroughly examined.

The crash, involving an international flight from Mumbai to Dubai, took place shortly after takeoff and resulted in the deaths of all 260 people on board, including crew members.
