Nayab Singh Saini was born on August 14, 1971, in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. His mother is Punjabi, and his father is Haryanvi. He completed his education in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, receiving a bachelor's degree from Patna University and a law degree from CCS Meerut.
Saini entered mainstream politics in 2014. He won the 2014 Haryana Assembly elections from Kurukshetra and became a minister in the BJP government.
