Shri Shyam Jagannathan is a 1997 batch IAS officer of the Assam Meghalaya cadre. He is the current Director General of Shipping and previously served as Zonal Development Commissioner, SEEPZ, SEZ, Mumbai. He has also served as Commissioner & Secretary, Finance Department, Govt. of India.
