Pilibhit comes under Bareilly division. The district covers an area of 3,686 square kilometres. Pilibhit district has one Lok Sabha constituency and five assembly constituencies. Pilibhit is the parliamentary constituency of BJP leader Maneka Gandhi. There are 5 Lok Sabha constituencies in the state - Pilibhit, Baheri, Badkheda, Puranpur and Bisalpur.
