Opposition parties debated pro-Pakistan slogans in the Karnataka Assembly.

The Karnataka Assembly is upset with the government for not doing anything about people who are raising 'Pakistan Zindabad' slogans. "BJP and RSS did not fight for freedom like we do. He questioned whether their leaders like Golwalkar were involved in the freedom struggle. They believe that when they don't respect democracy and the Constitution then they shouldn't teach us about patriotism.

 

Angered by something, BJP members strongly demonstrated in the assembly. The Leader of Opposition said that despite the passage of the whole day, the government did nothing about it.

 

In Karnataka, some people shouted 'Pakistan Zindabad' slogans outside the government building. BJP party members got angry and staged a protest inside the building, demanding that those responsible be arrested. They feel that the government is not doing enough to take action. The BJP raised slogans against the government and demanded justice.

 

The leader of the opposition is upset with the government not doing anything throughout the day. He wonders what we can expect from him. Responding to the protests, the chief minister said he had sent the recordings to a lab for analysis and would take action based on the findings. The Chief Minister has promised that he is committed to taking action and will not let anyone escape once he gets the lab report.

 

Karnataka leader Siddaramaiah spoke about making some changes in the rules which will tell us how our country should be run.

 

The party was angry with the government for not doing anything on the statement of MP Anant Kumar Hegde. "People fighting for our independence were not BJP and RSS, so they should not teach us about patriotism. He also questioned whether leader Golwalkar was involved in the freedom struggle. Siddaramaiah believes the government should respect democracy and the Constitution.
