Mumbai: Sanjay Raut, in a rhetorical manner, questioned whether the real Mandir being referred to is that of Lord Ram or the BJP office is being built in Ayodhya. Emphasizing the supreme status of Lord Ram, he pondered why the focal point is the BJP in Ayodhya, where the focus should be on the Ram temple. Regardless of formal invitations, he asserted that everyone is drawn to the Ram temple.

The upcoming consecration of Lord Rama's idol at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir on January 22nd is generating widespread enthusiasm across the nation. In the midst of this, Sanjay Raut, known for his cacophony, claimed that the temple dedicated to Ramachandra has been built four kilometers away from the actual disputed site in Ayodhya. Raut said, if the temple was to be built away from the site of the Babri Masjid, then why the Hindu-Muslim divide had been fueled in the political past of the country.

Drawing attention to the BJP's slogan "Mandir Wahi Banayenge" (We will build the temple there), Raut rhetorically questioned whether the actual construction aligns with the actual disputed site of the Babri Masjid. He pointed out the disparity between the slogan and the current location of the temple. In his statement, Sanjay Raut underscored that the BJP's actions have kept the contentious issue alive, questioning the true essence of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

As Uddhav Thackeray faces challenges for not receiving an invitation to the ceremony, Sanjay Raut further complicates matters by questioning the entire Ram Mandir Andolan. Raut's assertion that the Ram Mandir Andolan was a divisive political move adds to the predicament of Uddhav and his party, which prides itself on being associated with the movement.

Meanwhile, Times Now news conducted a fact-check utilizing Google Maps and determined that the location of the Ram Temple is precisely identical to that of the erstwhile Babri structure.
