Gurgaon Election Result Highlights: Rao Inderjit Singh, candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Gurgaon, Haryana Constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by 8,08,336 votes. INC candidate Raj Babbar lost the election by a margin of by 75,079 votes.

Gurugram has been in existence since the time of Mahabharata. It is said that Yudhishthira, the eldest brother of the Pandavas, gave this village to his guru Dronacharya, whose pond still exists to the west of the railway road.
