There are 80 Lok Sabha constituencies in Uttar Pradesh. Talking about the parliamentary history of Ghosi, it is one of the few seats in the state which has been known for the stronghold of the Left. Lok Sabha elections 2019: In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Atul Rai of BSP won by 5,73,829 votes, Harinarayan Rajbhar of BJP got 4,51,261 votes and Balkrishna Chauhan of Congress got 23,812 votes.
