Chittorgarh Lok Sabha constituency number 21 is a general seat in the historical Mewar region of Rajasthan. This Lok Sabha seat is made up of parts of Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh and Udaipur districts. According to the 2011 census, 85% of the total population is rural and 15% is urban. The Scheduled Castes constitute 13 per cent of the total population and the Scheduled Tribes 23.42 per cent. Apart from this, Rajputs and Brahmins have a lot of influence in this seat.
