INS Tushil (F70) is a Talwar-class frigate of the Indian Navy. It is the seventh vessel of the Talwar-class frigates and the inaugural ship of the third batch ordered by the Indian Navy. She was constructed by the Yantar shipyard in Kaliningrad, Russia. The vessel was commissioned into the Indian Navy on 9 December 2024.
