Who made Ramlala's Crown?
Lord Ram comes in Ayodhya after 560 years. PM Modi unveiled Ram Lalla idol at Ayodhya on 22 January 2024. The entire crown of Ramlala is made by pure gold, diamonds and Emerald stone with a design of three feathers, a fish, a peacock and a Sun symbol.
Lord Ram's crown is crafted by Harsahaimal Shyamlal Jewellers of Badaun. Their Lucknow branch prepared it. The chance arose for Harsahaimal Shyamlal Jewellers to create Ramlala's crown for the Ayodhya temple. He received this chance from the Ram Mandir trust because of their abilities and hard work.
Ankur Anand director of Harsahaimal Shyamlal Jewellers says: "We were very clearly instructed by the trust that Ramlala is a 5 and half years old kid. Their facial expressions, attire, and jewelry should all be appropriate for a five-year-old child. And Ramlala is from a Royal family. So you have to design the crown accordingly."
"The lord Ram crown is designed with a Sun symbol, which is built by small diamonds and it indicates that Ramlala is a Suryavanshi. It is also built by a big Panna (Emerald stone) just above the sun symbol. And Panna indicates that the person holding Emerald is in power. And at the top of the crown there are three feathers of pure gold. These three feathers represent the crown of Ramlala and his lineage. We also used a fish, which is a symbol of Uttar Pradesh. And a peacock, which is our national bird." Ankur Anand said.
