The highly anticipated film ‘Murder Mubarak,’ featuring Sara Ali Khan and Karishma Kapoor, is set to bypass traditional theatrical release and directly premiere on Netflix. It is expected to release in the year 2024. The decision marks a strategic shift in the film’s distribution plan, diverging from the initial strategy of a theatrical debut. The main cast of the film is Pankaj Tripathi, Vijay Varma, Dimple Kapadia, Karishma Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Tisca Chopra, Kunal Khemu, Sanjay Kapoor, Tara Alisha Berry, Ashok Chhabra and Neeraj Saidawat.

Initially slated for a cinematic release, the makers have decided to leverage the growing popularity of OTT platforms. This move aligns with the evolving dynamics of the entertainment industry, reflecting a trend seen in recent times.

Adding to the star-studded cast is Vijay Verma, who is set to play a pivotal role in the film. Verma’s inclusion brings an additional layer of talent to the project, promising a compelling and entertaining cinematic experience.

‘Murder Mubarak’ is not your typical comedy; it boasts a unique blend of quirkiness and dark humor, promising audiences a refreshing take on the genre. The film is expected to captivate viewers with its distinctive storyline and engaging performances from the cast.

The project is under the production banner of Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, known for its track record of delivering quality content. This move follows the footsteps of Maddock Films’ previous releases, such as ‘Mimi’ and ‘Chor Nikal ke Bhaga,’ which also opted for a direct OTT release.

Homi Adjania, the acclaimed director behind films like ‘Being Cyrus,’ ‘Cocktail,’ ‘Finding Fanny,’ and ‘Angrezi Medium,’ helms ‘Murder Mubarak.’ With a proven track record of delivering diverse and entertaining films, Adjania is expected to bring his unique directorial touch to this latest venture.

As fans eagerly await the digital premiere, ‘Murder Mubarak’ stands poised to become another gem in the treasure trove of Maddock Films, promising a perfect blend of laughter and intrigue. Stay tuned for the Netflix release date and get ready for a rollercoaster ride of emotions with this stellar cast and crew.
