Grammy Nominations 2025: Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, and Sabrina Carpenter Lead the Race with Major Category Nods

Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone, Charli XCX, and Billie Eilish each received seven nominations. Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, and Sabrina Carpenter each received six.

The nominations for the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, scheduled for February 2, 2025, spotlight major names like Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, and Sabrina Carpenter, who lead with multiple nominations across key categories. Beyoncé is the most nominated artist, receiving an impressive 11 nods, including Album of the Year for Cowboy Carter and Song of the Year for “Texas Hold ’Em.” This achievement elevates her to a career total of 99 Grammy nominations, making her the most-nominated artist in Grammy history. Her collaboration with Post Malone on “Levii’s Jeans” also scored a nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance​.

 

Taylor Swift follows with six nominations, cementing her place as a top nominee for her album The Tortured Poets Department, which landed her a record-breaking seventh Album of the Year nomination, more than any other female artist. She is also nominated for Song of the Year with “Fortnight,” her collaboration with Post Malone. Swift’s Best Pop Duo/Group Performance nomination with Gracie Abrams for “Us” is another highlight, showcasing her versatility and influence across genres​.

 

Other noteworthy nominees include Billie Eilish, who received nominations for her album Hit Me Hard and Soft, including Best Pop Vocal Album, and newcomer Chappell Roan, who, alongside Carpenter, received her first Grammy nominations, with six nods in categories like Album of the Year and Song of the Year for “Good Luck, Babe!” Kendrick Lamar also made his mark, with a Song of the Year nomination for “Not Like Us” and recognition in Best Rap Performance for “Like That” with Future and Metro Boomin.
