Harshvardhan Kumar Meena , the mastermind of the Rajasthan paper leak case, ran an ashram named Narayan Sakar. He used to attract people towards him by wearing the mask of a spiritual master and then trap them in the web of paper leaks.
Harshvardhan had adopted many tricks to avoid his arrest. He adopted a fake name named Narayan Sakaar and established an ashram. He used to give discourses to the people in the ashram and impart spiritual knowledge to them. This is how he won the trust of the people and included them in his paper leak gang.
Harshvardhan had created a huge network to leak the paper. He had posted his agents in various states who used to leak the question papers of the examinations. He used to sell these papers to the candidates for a huge amount.
However, the police foiled Harshvardhan's tactics. The police conducted a secret operation and arrested him. After his arrest, the paper leak scandal was revealed.
Harshvardhan was arrested on Tuesday from the Nepal-India border along with Rajendra Kumar Yadav (30), recently selected as sub-inspector (SI); Rajendra Kumar Yadav (55), posted as a grade III teacher in a govt school in the city; and Shivratan Mot alias Shiva (30) posted as a librarian in Sriganganagar.
Harshvardhan's arrest is a big success for the Rajasthan government. This shows the commitment of the government that it will not spare those rigging the examinations at any cost.
Vardhan's arrest is also expected to expose others involved in the paper leak scandal. The police are working hard to arrest all those who are involved in this scam.
This incident exposes the corruption in the education system. This is a warning to the government that it has to take concrete steps to improve the education system.
