It has now been announced that the terrorist who was believed to have been hurt in the vicinity has died. In the Doda region, the Army has started a counterterrorism campaign.
Deepak Singh, the captain, was who?
Captain Deepak Singh served as a signal officer for the 48 Rashtriya Rifles, a counterinsurgency unit. He was in charge of the Quick Reaction Team (QRT), which was looking for terrorists that might have hidden in Doda's Assar. The terrorists were eliminated in the process. In order to oversee a company throughout the search, the young army member was promoted to field major. He killed the terrorist in the combat zone before he could gather his thoughts, leading his company from the front. In addition to being an excellent hockey player, he captained the Rashtriya Rifles.

Rumor has it that four bloodstained bags were found at the scene of the Jaish terrorist engagement with the army, indicating that four terrorists were gravely injured. It is difficult to establish their deaths until the remains are recovered. This is the Army conducting a search operation.
A comparable occurrence occurred in the district last month:
In the Doda district last month, there was a confrontation between militants and security personnel. Following their grave injuries from the terrorist encounter, five soldiers—including an officer—passed away in the hospital while receiving treatment. The encounter started when the Special Operations Group (SOG) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Rashtriya Rifles conducted a joint search operation near Dhari Gote Urarbagi in the Desa woodland area, some 55 km from Doda town.
The terrorists attempted to escape following a brief gunfight. Another confrontation occurred in the forest at approximately nine o'clock at night after the courageous soldiers, under the command of an officer, pursued them over the difficult terrain and dense woodlands. According to the officials, five jawans were seriously hurt in the encounter and were taken to a hospital for treatment.
The army and militants fired nonstop during the confrontation, which started on July 9 in the evening in the Doda neighborhood of Garhi Bhagwa. There are reportedly two or three terrorists trapped in the region. They were able to get away, though. Five troops, including a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO), were slain when militants ambushed two army trucks in the Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir on July 8. It was 3:30 p.m. and roughly 12 army soldiers were traveling 123 kilometers from Kathua to Badnota in the Machhedi district of the Lohai Malhar block in trucks.
Before opening fire on the security troops, the terrorists threw a grenade at them. Upon the arrival of security forces and the initiation of counterfire, the insurgents successfully fled into the forest. The perpetrator of the attack was identified as the Kashmir Tigers. Three or four terrorists with sophisticated weaponry were found to have been involved in this. Guides from the area assisted the terrorists in their attack. On July 6, the security forces killed six militants in two different incidents in the Kulgam district. An accident during this time claimed the young man's life.
