Bareilly (28 January 2024): Five people of the same family died due to burning inside their house. Those killed include husband and wife along with 3 children. Among the dead, Ajay Gupta, his wife Anita Gupta, son Devansh Gupta, daughter Divyanshi Gupta and younger son Daksh Gupta were burnt to death. On getting information about the incident, fire brigade team and police station force along with SSP Ghule Sushil Chandrabhan, SP Dehat Mukesh Chandra Mishra and police station reached the spot and the police tried to remove the dead bodies. It is feared that this entire accident may have happened due to fire due to short circuit or burning of any heater. In this incident, a question has arisen that the deceased were sleeping inside the house and the door outside the house and the door inside which they were sleeping were locked, whether this incident was done by someone or not. The police is looking at this matter from this angle even if it has been declared a murder case and MP Dharmendra Kashyap has also raised questions on this.
In the case of burning to death of five people in the same house, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed the officials to reach there and ordered to provide all possible help and treatment facilities. This incident took place on Saturday night in Mohalla Farrakhpur in Faridpur police station area of Bareilly. The dead include husband, wife and their three children. The bodies of all five people were burnt in the room inside the house. The main door and room of the house were closed. When the neighbor 34 year old youth saw smoke coming out, he informed the police. Those who died are Ajay (35 years), his wife Anita (32 years), son Divyansh (9 years), daughter Divyangya (6 years) and younger son Daksh (3 years). After the incident, the bodies have been sent for post-mortem and after the death of five people of the same family, there is an atmosphere of sadness among the relatives and in the locality. In this incident, the family of the deceased says that there seems to be a possibility of murder that someone locked the house from outside and carried out this incident.
Aonla BJP MP Dharmendra Kashyap reached the spot after five people of the same family were burnt alive in a fire in Faridpur on Sunday morning.
