On 4 August, 2023 ET Prime Women Leadership Awards 2023 held in Mumbai. 19 Women leaders were awarded for their achievements. The award ceremony has done in three phases: Nomination, Evaluation and Felicitation. The awrds were distributed in to 16 categories.
The awards programmes recognises outstanding female leadership in business, entrepreneurship, governance, services, innovation, social advocacy, and charity. The ETPWLA program's fourth edition winners were chosen from a pool of 76 profiles over 16 award categories.
To determine the final list of winners, the shortlisted nominees were subjected to a rigorous evaluation by a jury of nine members, following an initial selection process by ET's editorial team and the knowledge partner accord based on several factors such as financial due diligence, achievements, and innovative contributions to their respective fields.
The ETPrime Women Leadership accolades was launched in 2019. The ETPrime Women Leadership accolades are India's most prestigious accolades, bestowed upon existing and future female leaders who embody the spirit of entrepreneurship, creativity, and brilliance. The awards were established under the auspices of ETPrime, ET.com's newest offering that aims to bolster the authority of mid-to-senior level corporate executives while keeping them ahead of the curve through insightful business stories.
The awards, which honour the values of leadership and accomplishment, have established a standard of success for women in business and continue to encourage a million others to step up and take the baton of excellence.
